RRR SERVICES

If you have been searching for the perfect outdoor venue that is both elegant and rustic to host a special memorable day or to have a relaxing but entertaining event, we have just the place for you.

There are a variety of locations on the farm to choose from, such as a gazebo next to the pond, a lavender and grape vineyard, a gazebo with a eucalyptus grove, a dahlia garden in front of the barn, a large lavender field, and more.

For your event we have adorable farm animals with a small animal petting area, rides in an antique covered wagon pulled by our tractor, antique buggies, implements and other photo ops around the farm.

Photographer

Photography Site - On Farm

Choose a space on our farm to host your next photography session. You provide the photographer we provide your background!  

$100/hour, one hour minimum

Based on availability and schedule

Rental includes: 

  • Use of select farm spaces for session and on-site props (see description above for specifics)

Party Spaces

We offer farm spaces for all kinds of party needs: Anniversaries, adult and children's birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, company parties and more! Parties on the farm are reserved by the hour.

Minimum of 2 hours per rental. Hourly rate is $125/hour.

Weddings on the Farm

Book one of our on farm spaces for your special day. We also offer small intimate wedding package options for groups of 25 or less. Please contact us for more information. 
 

Larger weddings (full day rental):

Friday: $5,000

Saturday: $6,000

Sunday: $5,000

Weekdays: $3,000

Rental includes: 

  • Access to farm spaces from 10am - 10pm during your rental day.

  • 1 hour pre-rehearsal ceremony

  • Access to areas and items listed above. 

  • Use of barn dressing room and restroom for bridal party

  • Use of on-site parking for guests

  • Access to WIFI (signal strength cannot be guaranteed)

U-Pick Flowers & Events

We offer U-pick lavender flower and seasonal experiences. Please check our online events calendar for hours.

Important Terms & Regulations

Before booking our event space, please review our important terms and regulations. If you have questions, please contact redroofranch1@outlook.com

Reservations:

A signed rental agreement with a 50% Date Retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due (30) fifteen days prior to scheduled event. 

​

Occupancy

Up to 200 guests. 

Rental parties are responsible for guests during their rental period/event. If there are damages caused by guests, the damage deposit will be forfeited, and any additional costs will be charged to the rental party. 

Children must be watched by parent or guardian at all times during events. 

​

Insurance:

The Party must have event insurance ($1,000,000.00 coverage minimum) with Host Liquor Liability as well as all of its contractors, licensees, agents, servants, employees shall maintain general liability insurance coverage for the Event and shall provide proof of such insurance to Red Roof Ranch. Red Roof Ranch requires the Party to name Red Roof Ranch as loss payee and/or additional insured to such insurance. This policy must have a primary and non-contributory policy endorsement. 

 

Catering

All food must be served by a catering company which is approved prior to the event by Red Roof Ranch. All caterers must be properly licensed and insured and obtain any necessary permits prior to the event date. A copy of all licenses and insurance must be delivered to Red Roof Ranch 30 days prior to your event. Your caterer is responsible for set-up and clean-up of its operations. Caterer must ensure that food be brought table ready, as there is no cooking facilities/ electrical to handle cooking onsite.

 

Alcohol:

Alcoholic beverages at Red Roof Ranch are subject to the rules established by the Washington State Liquor Control Board: ~ You are required to obtain a Banquet Permit and provide a copy to Red Roof Ranch (15) days prior to event. (Please visit: https://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/banquet-permits.)

 

Vendors:

While you may use the vendors of your choice, we do require the use of licensed and insured vendors. Proof of commercial general liability insurance is required 15 days prior to the event.

 

Prohibited: 

For the protection of our farm and animals on site we do not allow the following items:

  • NO Fireworks

  • NO Confetti, Seed or Rice of any kind

  • NO nails, staples, or other intrusive fasteners

  • NOTHING which is dangerous or can cause property damage

  • NO Overnight Parking/Camping Equipment.

  • NO smoking or vaping within 25 feet of buildings and venue parameter.

 

Any item or activity which can cause damage, safety issues, excessive messes, and/or a harm to our farm or animals is strictly prohibited. If you are unsure, please ask! Due to regulations, we cannot provide any ladders for set up, so one must be brought from home for decorating purposes.
